Mentor Program Manager

Aldwin Escuadro, Mentor Program ManagerAldwin Escuadro joined the Fulfillment Fund in February 2007. As a manager within the Fulfillment Fund mentor program, Aldwin is in charge of mentor trainings, student selection, student and parent trainings and other events.

Previously, as a Fulfillment Fund mentor program advisor, Aldwin worked with a caseload of more than 50 student and mentor teams. During the four years he served in this role, Aldwin was fortunate to help and guide hundreds of relationships that supported students on the path to high school graduation and college.

Before coming to the Fulfillment Fund, Aldwin worked as a residential counselor at the nonprofit Aviva Family and Children’s Services, a level 14 home for teenage girls who have been diagnosed with psychiatric disorders. Aldwin also worked with incarcerated boys and girls as a case manager in a mental health setting at a juvenile detention center in Los Angeles.

A native of the San Fernando Valley, Aldwin received a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Southern California.
