Betsy Ann MuddBetsy Ann joined the Fulfillment Fund in October 2014. As Volunteer Recruitment and Engagement Manager, she works to cultivate and grow volunteer recruitment efforts. Betsy Ann works collaboratively with staff to identify new and strengthen existing opportunities for community members to become involved with the Fulfillment Fund.

Betsy Ann is deeply committed to volunteerism. Her own professional journey into social justice work began with a number of diverse volunteer roles. Her volunteer experience includes fostering for Motley Zoo Animal Rescue, mentoring with Youth in Focus, advocacy with the Rape Victim Advocacy Program & St. Paul Domestic Violence Intervention Program,  providing a warm meal to those in need at the Agape Café, and assisting nurses in the burn unit at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. Most recently, Betsy Ann sat on the steering committee for the Volunteer Administrators Network Northwest and is a current member of Directors of Volunteers in Agencies (DOVIA-LA) and the Association of Leaders in Volunteer Engagement (AL!VE).

Betsy Ann has dedicated the last 10 years to working within the domestic violence movement in Seattle, Washington. She is passionate about working towards a world where all people have equal opportunity to live a life that is self actualized. She is thoughtful about the significant role volunteers play in fostering a collective movement for social change.
 
A native of Iowa, Betsy Ann received her BA in Psychology and Studio Art at the University of Iowa.
