Empowering Youth Through Education

2nd Annual Taste of Summer Raises Funds to Change Students' Lives

Featuring 23 world-renowned and local chefs, restaurants, wineries and breweries, the 2nd Annual Taste of Summer offered guests delicious treats, great company, live music, a silent auction, and a beach view.

The Fulfillment Fund Leadership Council hosted the second annual Taste of Summer event at the Annenberg Community Beach House on Saturday, July 13. The event sold-out this year, selling over 500 tickets.

Chef Eric Greenspan, of The Foundry on Melrose, The Roof on Wilshire and upcoming Greenspan’s Grilled Cheese, was the Honorary Chair for the evening, mingling with guests and supervising his restaurant's station.

An opportunity drawing and over 40 silent auction items were also available for guests to bid on.

All proceeds from the event benefit the Fulfillment Fund’s work to make college a reality for students in educationally and economically under-resourced communities.

Thank you to all who attended Taste of Summer and to the event's sponsors, donors, and vendors!
