| Leadership Council |

| The Fulfillment Fund's Leadership Council is comprised of young professionals who have been identified and nominated by members |
| of the Fulfillment Fund's Board of Directors and staff. |

The Leadership Council exists to support the perpetuation of the Fulfillment Fund and its mission through advocacy, service and fundraising. Members of the Leadership Council serve as ambassadors in the community, marketing the organization to a new generation and generating financial, volunteer and in-kind resources on behalf of our students.

| Friends of the Fulfillment Fund |

| Friends of the Fulfillment Fund is a women's auxiliary support group founded in 1991 by Cherna Gitnick. Over the past 19 years, the Friends have raised much needed funds to support Fulfillment Fund programs and services including college site visits, student care packages, student scholarships and mentoring. |

| Bright Future Committee |
| |
| The Bright Future Committee has been raising money to support the college dreams of disadvantaged youth since 1999. Every year, $15,000 Bright Future Scholarships are awarded to students who excel academically and make significant contributions to their community. |

| The primary source of funding for Bright Future scholarships is the annual Summer Nights event that includes a poker tournament, live and silent auctions, entertainment and food donated by some of Los Angeles' finest restaurants. |
